Players new to the game will learn the fundamentals of stick work and footwork as well as receive speed and agility training.
Intermediate to experienced players will receive intensive stick skills training to improve hand-eye coordination and overall stick abilities. In addition, this clinic will also work on footwork, explosive speed, and cutting techniques.
Shooting drills will improve player shooting percentage by focusing on two main aspects: power and placement.
The overall goal is to shake off the winter rust and provide high repetition drills that build on muscle memory, strength and form.
Registration will open through February 20th. The clinic needs a minimum of 14 players and if we do not have that participant registration by February 15th, we reserve the right to cancel the program.
